Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused/unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at https://homeandhavoc.com/pages/contact or email homeandhavoc@yahoo.com to request a return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return shipping label and instructions. ⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care & beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you want once the return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements (unused, tags, original packaging) apply.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.) If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days from our approval email, please reach out to us.
